That’s great that someone of the age group felt that too. It’s a fantastic book.

I bought the book after Joanna Cannon shared the remarks of a reader in her 80’s who wrote and thanked her for writing a book, in which she herself felt “seen”. I knew I had to read it then and so glad I did. I don’t think anyone aged should fear reading this, I think they can take heart from it.

You’ve given me a really good feel for this book and I know I NEED to read it. My mom is in the early stages of Alzheimer’s and watching her lose more and more of herself is heartbreaking. I’m not sure I can read the book right now, but really want to.
