So, this week I started to get back into the blogging stride and organising myself for the New Year ahead. I start a new job tomorrow – well, I’ve already been doing it part time for a while but from tomorrow it’ll be my full time job. It was a bit strange seeing my daughter off to school last week and not returning to my old job and I thoroughly enjoyed a couple of lazy mornings with the house to myself – with a lot more flexibility around shifts in my new role I’m looking forward to many more! And I’m determined to stay organised this year with a whole host of planners and diaries.
I’ve been reading too in preparation for full blogging service next week too. I’ve read three books this week, so off to a good start for my Goodreads Challenge of 104 books this year.
Ok, so onto the subject of new books this week – apologies now! I went on a bit of a spending spree on Amazon, and also received some lovely books and ebooks to review courtesy of amazon vine, netgalley and publishers. If that isn’t bad enough – I have three parcels to collect from the post office tomorrow too. I’d best get reading!
Such great choices.. would love to read Three Things About Elsie and You, Me, Everything as well. I can’t believe you haven’t read The Girl In The Ice yet :-).. I hope you enjoy reading that one, although it would mean you’d have to get another 4 novels for the whole series 🙂

Haha … I finally gave into my fear of series as everyone rates this series so much. I’ve got a lot to catch up on.

What did you think about The Girl Before? I liked it. I was surprised because it was different than what I expected. It’s kind of in its own lane.

Sorry, I’ve just found this message. I liked it a lot more than I thought I would! I tried listening on audio last year but hated it, and even though it was very different and more of a slow burn I was really hooked when reading
